Our Company was established in 1985 in association between Paul Goldbaum and Jose Goldbaum

The insurance tradition started in 1943 in Ecuador, South America. Mr. Paul Goldbaum founded the first national insurance company "La Unión Compañía Nacional de Seguros" in the history of Ecuador. Paul Goldbaum also founded insurance and reinsurance brokerage offices in Lima Peru, Madrid Spain and in May 1978 Toronto, Ontario.

Currently Mr. Jose Goldbaum is the Owner, President and CEO of Commercial Insurance Brokers Inc and Interre Insurance Services Limited.
